(Senior) Developer Outsystems

Are you that Outsystems developer who is only satisfied when the users are satisfied? Pensioen C&IT is looking for communicative, committed and result-oriented colleagues. You will work in a DEV-OPS team that will manage multiple Outsystems applications for the business unit Pensions.

As a Senior developer you are part of the OutSystems team within C&IT Pensions which ensures you of working together with the top of the OutSystems community at NN ánd enables you to work with multidisciplinary teams and divers projects throughout the year.

Wat ga je doen?

• As part of the OutSystems factory team you function as a catalyst for OutSystems knowledge within your DevOps team. Working in such a way ensures us that our (junior) internal colleagues understand what OutSystems can do and how they should work with OutSystems in line with our Centre of Excellence’ way of working. When development within the DevOps team has come to an end (you’ve finalized the project milestones), you’ll be still part of the DevOps team and will handle the Ops and smaller Dev changes
• As an OutSystems developer you are responsible for following an Agile Scrum approach when developing business applications. You support feature delivery demos, production deployments and supporting overall solution rollout procedures and you are also responsible for run ops tasks after Go Life
• You support the product owner by converting user demands into technical requirements for the sprint backlog. You then align these with DevOps team members and analysts to arrive at the best possible solution
• You are responsible for the application architecture, quality of the developed code and fixing production issues. You take an active role in determining possible improvements, realizing adjustments while testing your own and other’s code
• You lead by example and coach other developers in- and outside your team to work in OutSystems to our company’s best practices and way or working

Wat je meebrengt

• At least 3-5 years of experience with OutSystems technologies / software development
• Experience with being involved in architecture and coaching more junior peers
• A critical thinker at a Bachelor/Master level
• A social and communicative strong person, so that you can lead conversations with the business and our architect. Dutch language skills are a plus
• Experience in the financial industry (life insurance) and internal applications is also a plus
• Dutch and English language skills at a professional level
