Are you interested in digital developments and risk management? Do you want to make an impact on organizations (both public and large corporates) and our society? Are you excited by the challenges and opportunities that changing (European) regulations and digital developments such as cloud service platforms and continuous deployment bring? Are you ready to share your fresh ideas within a large international organization where you have many opportunities to develop yourself professionally and personally? Then you are the Senior Consultant IT Regulation and Risk Transformation we are looking for!
What will you be doing?
As a Senior Consultant, you are a key part of our multidisciplinary teams to help the client successfully execute and coordinate Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance assignments. You will also advise on changing laws and regulations regarding IT, such as the Dutch Pension Agreement and/or DORA. You will become part of an international and inclusive team, where you are involved in the entire process. - In a team, you map operational and IT processes and make recommendations for improvements such as more efficient and targeted controls;
- Coaching other and junior colleagues so that they can develop the necessary skills and substantive knowledge;
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of digital tools, innovative solutions, and market trends.
You are aware of the requirements needed within a controlled environment and you know how to help the client simplify and automate complex processes within those frameworks. You fulfill the role that best suits the specific situation, which can vary depending on the project. This may include optimizing the control framework, automating processes, guiding the client in using new technologies, and addressing compliance issues, which may be associated with changing IT laws and regulations.
To meet our clients' demands, we continuously invest in the development and skills of you and our colleagues and develop innovative tools that help our clients to transform sustainably and stay ahead of the competition.
Does this describe you?

You are also a team player who can listen well and clearly convey ideas to colleagues and clients to come to the best solution together. You have a combination of strategic and analytical insights, a passion for technology and compliance, and you are a go-getter. You work carefully and take into account a multitude of different interests within your work. Additionally, you can create powerful reports and visuals and give convincing presentations for (senior) management.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in developing and implementing risk control frameworks, compliance assignments, and other IT/digital projects in the field of Governance, (IT) Risk Management, and Compliance;
