Within the CITO division Engineering & Data Tech, the domain Tech4D&A is the main driver behind the data driven, and enabler of the most strategic objectives of Rabobank: FEC, Customer Insights, Compliancy and Sustainability. The objectives of Tech4D&A are:
- Delivery of platforms and standardised services, these have a Rabobank wide impact;
- Set up of sustainable and standardised data and analytics products;
- Maintenance of datawarehousing and database environments for corporate purposes;
- Setting standards, way of working and other deliverables for building the data driven together with the tribe D&A.
Your role
This role is pivotal in further increasing the security maturity within the Tech4D&A domain. Some more details about the role:
- It is a liaison Role: Serve as the primary point of contact for IT security-related matters within the tribe, collaborating with various stakeholders including the DevOps team, Solution Architects, Security SPOCs, IT leads, Data Control Officers, Risk Champions, and CISO Advisors.
- Insight Creation is important: Guide the team on security requirements and assist in generating insights on security topics, helping them understand and translate high-level guidelines into actionable steps.
- You will provide hands-on support: Provide direct support to DevOps teams in implementing security controls.
- You keep the security oversight: Review security assessments and designs for IT assets, participate in threat assessments, manage security deviations, and conduct threat modelling.
- You share the security Evangelism: Promote best security practices and raise awareness within the tribe.
You and your talent:
- Bachelor level, preferably with a background in Computer Science or IT.
- Strong knowledge in cybersecurity, security best practices, and IT security controls implementation.
- Knowledge of cloud security (Azure/AWS).
- a Security-minded with an analytical approach, focused on continuous improvement.
- A Service-oriented mindset.
- values on teamwork and encourages collaboration.
- certifications CCSP and CISSP (preferred).
- spoken and written communication skills in English.
