What you are going to do

Troubleshoot system and network problems and diagnose & resolve errors
Recommend / design / implement an optimized technology infrastructure; including the preparation and maintenance of technical procedural documents such as patch Management etc.
Perform independent analysis, design, and completion of assigned projects
Provide subject matter technical engineering expertise and support and review technical work of others
Follow up IT Service Management procedures (such as Incident Management, Change Management, etc.); Also supporting the management and monitoring of the security systems NN is utilizing

Skilled and experienced (+3 years) in IT and IT security, preferably educated as Bachelor or Master degree in IT (or other technical and/or security-oriented study). Preferably certified CCNA, and/or cloud certification such as AWS or Azure, network or other relevant security and technical certification

+3 years of experience in Network Administration
Experienced in administration of firewalls
Good knowledge of IPsec & SSL tunnels

- Zscaler Internet Access
- Zscaler Private Access
- Azure Security/NSG/Monitoring/Network

Who you will work with

You will become a member of the Internet Connectivity Team within the Access & Authentication domain of the Enterprise Security Services department. The team Access & Authentication delivers all products that are relevant for our colleagues within NN Group to access their IT environments (internally hosted and in our cloud environments). Several products are part of this team. In the end the entire team is responsible for maintaining confidentiality and integrity levels for all identities and their assigned access, in a stable, secure and compliant environment.
