Your job

As a Senior IT Engineer in the Platform Engineering chapter, you will be at the forefront of guiding multiple DevOps teams, enabling innovation, and automating workflows through pipelines within the Power Platform eco-system. Your work will play a pivotal role in modernizing applications, improving operational efficiency, and advancing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). You will join a dynamic team dedicated to agile practices and continuous improvement, with a focus on delivering high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions within Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) for automation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals and ensure data security.
• Promote a DevOps mindset, focusing on automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code for Dynamics CRM and Power Platform projects.
• Leverage Azure services such as Azure Functions, Data Factory, and API Management to extend the capabilities of the Power Platform.
• Participate in application lifecycle management (ALM), managing solution environments, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
• Support the implementation of best practices for data governance, compliance, and security in line with organizational policies and industry standards.
• Mentor junior team members and champion automation best practices across development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics CRM, Azure, and Power Platform solutions.

Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT/Platform Engineer.
• Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps to manage CI/CD pipelines using YAML, source control (GIT), and release management.
• Strong understanding of Azure services such as Azure Functions, and APIs for integrating cloud services.
• In-depth knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) with Power Platform, including solutions management, environment setups, and DevOps integration.
• Experience with automation and scripting tools such as PowerShell, PAC CLI, and the use of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) through Power Automate Desktop.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance within the Power Platform ecosystem, including DLP policies and role-based security in Dataverse.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning capabilities in Power Platform, such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with C#.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, SonarQube, Sonartype Lifecycle, and Fortify is highly desirable.
• Strong collaboration skills and a desire to work in cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure engineers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on automation, scalability, and resilience in solution design.

• AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals
• PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
• MB-910: Dynamics 365 (CRM) Fundamentals
• AZ-400: DevOps Engineer Expert

We are offering

• Hay 10: based on knowledge and experience of candidates, final scales are assigned to the position.
• A monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
