HR Manager

What you'll do
• Coordinate and perform day-to-day HR tasks relating to the whole employee lifecycle
• Support the business by carrying out administrative and organizational tasks for recruiting, contracting, onboarding, mutations and talent management
• Work with the People team to manage and improve HR Operations processes
• Participate in HR projects, such as engagement surveys, system implementation, and onboarding programs
What you'll bring
• Work experience (more than 4 years) in HR Operations
• An orderly mindset and a keen eye for detail
• The skill to excel at minimizing administrative overhead
• A natural ability to form working relationships with people at all levels
• Solid working knowledge of Dutch employment law
• Proven experience in supporting and owning the administrative requirements for recruiting, onboarding, contracting, and payroll mutations
• Professional communication skills in Dutch and English are required for this role
