What you will be doing
As an Associate for People in Deals & Transformations, you will be part of an enthusiastic, open, and ambitious team. Your work will be diverse, involving advising and implementing, and offers you the opportunity to further develop as an HR consultant. You have an interest in the human side of organizations undergoing change and the financial impact associated with it. You have strong numerical skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a steep learning curve that enables constant personal development. You are adaptable to different situations and actively seek collaboration opportunities. You will be working from the Amsterdam office, with the possibility of working part-time from home. Additionally, there may be occasional project assignments at client locations, primarily within the Netherlands, and occasionally abroad.
Furthermore:
- You will be involved in mergers, takeovers, carve-outs, reorganizations, and restructurings;
- You will work on HR and related issues in deals and/or transformation contexts alongside Dutch and international colleagues;
- You will often be involved in (international) multi-competence projects at an early stage, working with a team specializing in all people-related aspects, including employment law, remuneration and compensation, organizational design, pensions, HR data & analytics, and HR systems.

- You have a completed master's degree in business economics, econometrics, or a social study, with a demonstrable affinity for data analytics and/or finance;
- You are a team player, energetic, customer-focused, and find it easy to build relationships;
- You are flexible, and can quickly switch between different assignments, disciplines;
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically;
- You have excellent English communication skills and a good command of the Dutch language is preferred;
- You are capable of developing innovative services and enjoy working on assignments in an international environment;
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and naturally take initiative;
- You enjoy diving into complex, multidisciplinary HR projects.
