Your job
As a Quantitative Business Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing processes and data flows to enable the calculation of credit risk and streamline reporting. Working closely with stakeholders from Finance, Risk, Business, and Operational Risk Management, you'll define requirements, design functional solutions, and execute controls to ensure a correct and controlled Basel process. Your responsibilities also include data analysis, initiating improvement proposals, and maintaining documentation.
Work environment
Join our Financial Risk GRID, responsible for change and operational activities supporting the Basel Chain, IFRS Chain, model implementation, FR&R, and CRM processes. As part of our team, you'll contribute to maintaining and improving regulatory compliance while supporting strategic Finance and Risk ambitions through effective and efficient change management.
Your profile
We're seeking an energetic individual with a passion for combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You should possess a master's degree and at least 5 years of experience in a related field, with expertise in credit risk, banking products, financial institutions, and risk management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with proven experience in process management, data analysis, or functional IT design. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, Basel regulations, prudential reporting, and RWA calculation is highly desirable.

- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
