Your job

We are looking for someone to design and continuously improve our new digital end-to-end lending processes. In this position, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the future of lending.

You will be working for the Credits Facility Management team. This is a shared capability team that is responsible for the lifecycle of credit facilities (on boarding, monitoring, maintenance and termination). The challenge is to modernize the technology so that data is available 24/7 and the administration is easily configurable for new requirements. Your role will involve driving requirement gathering from end-users. In order to do this, you will need to align with various Business and IT stakeholders, such as Operations, Finance, Contracting, Risk and other Credit related (DevOps) teams.

As being the bridge between end-users and our developers, you will learn the end-to-end journey of corporate credits and the daily tasks of our end-users.
Examples of day-to-day tasks include:

Stakeholder alignment on processes and business needs

Analysing services, API's, business processes, information/process flows, user and system requirements to identify opportunities. Translating product roadmap features into concrete user stories by identifying and prioritizing technical and functional requirements.

Creating visuals and clear documentation to develop a shared understanding of the topic and improve organizational learning.

Supporting implementation, helping the development team to deliver quality by collaborating on test design and user acceptance tests.

Working environment

We are excited to welcome you to our DevOps team within the Credit Facility Management team. You will work closely with colleagues from other streams, such as Origination, Business Implementation, Regulatory and subject matter experts from departments such as Operations, Risk and Product Management. Collaboration is key to our success and we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. DevOps, driven to learn and grow, and eager to contribute to our mission of shaping the future of lending. If you are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, then we would love to hear from you. Join us in making a positive impact on the world of lending!

Your profile

As a problem-solver, you enjoy tackling complex challenges and providing structure to problems. You take ownership of challenges and can translate requirements into functionalities in collaboration with our stakeholders and IT teams. You are a connector, building bridges and bringing people and technology together. In order to excel at this job, you need to be creative, good at stakeholder management, organized, empathetic towards end-users, like a challenge and willing to learn more about our software and processes.

We welcome candidates of all backgrounds and experiences. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and can bring a positive attitude to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
  • Ability to identify solution options and present advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner.
  • Experience in business analysis, coordination skills and stakeholder management.
  • Affinity towards technology, data structures, API's and querying.
  • Knowledge of Credit Lifecycle processes and Credit Facility Management is a must.
  • Move easily in a complex stakeholder field and a solid communicator and discussion partner.
  • Self-starter with a critical look and positive attitude.

Join us in shaping the future of lending with your problem-solving skills and collaborative attitude. We look forward to hearing from you!
